Impossible, you mean work harder & more often instead of excuses about needing "recuperation time" AKA let's take a week's break? ;D

i used to say that sergio > arnold..

but in terms of physique presented competition time they where basically on the same level..

sergio never really dieted down enough for competitions, he could have been even better..

but in offseason mode (as in pics)..he was a monster. just animal power..

I have El Poder Negro and Los Temibles and although it's in spanish with no subtitles, you're just in awe at how big Sergio is!  :o

Sergio's physique, in my honest opinion, is a physique to truly be admired ... there's no two ways about it. I've always wondered what Sergio would have looked like with today's Drugs ? At any rate, thanks for posting those pics Slaveboy1980 ... you've certainly fueled my fire to train harder ! Thanks Bro !

I only have 3 Favorite Bodybuilders ( physiques I most admire ) :

Jeff King, Paul Dillet, and SERGIO OLIVIA !!!

Maybe someday I can look half as good as them ...  :'(

high volume....hitting each bodypart 2-3 time a week

Slaveboy, anybody who knows anything about Oliva know he reached the his alltime best condition training in Deland, Florida under Arthur Jones doing HIT for the 1972 Olympia in Essen, Germany.

Its easy to train everyday if you have a home gym in your apartment like Pumpster! I am sure most of Sergio's 25 to 30 set bodyparts were hit using a Bowflex just like this one!
