Its easy to train everyday if you have a home gym in your apartment like Pumpster! I am sure most of Sergio's 25 to 30 set bodyparts were hit using a Bowflex just like this one!

sergio used  alot of cable work  in addition to his free weights. anyone who knows anything about sergio should know this  ;)

Wannabes like bmacsys who never train think that only he-man weights work while guys who actually lift know there are many ways and spend zero time thinking or obsessing on it.

guys its time to go back to hard work and no 45min bullshit 3 times a week workouts...6 days a week hitting a muscle twice a week 25-30 sets per body part per session. volume will make you grow.

Slaveboy, I would agree with you if not for the fact that Mr. Oliva must be in the .001 percentile bodybuildingwise.
