Lee's arms are the best tricep/bicep/forearm combo, period.  He extremely vascular in many of the above shots.

He has the the best balanced arms ever and they are more detailed than others in that category (Oliva, Scott, Viator).

Each of the muscle groups is thick and dense and separated, maybe not as much as Coleman but still great.  All three heads of triceps are better than Coleman (compare videos of them working triceps) and his biceps are thick and freaky, just different than Coleman's...similar to Levrone but his are awesome too.

one problem with Lee is that is arms look AMAZING from the front, but lose a lot of their impact from the back:

having the sport's best arms means looking good at all angles, not just some of them.

Lee's arms were noticably smaller than Ronnie's..

but size is not the issue here.

its refinement, detail vascularity etc.

and sorry to say, but Lee takes a back seat to Ronnie in the arm department because of this:

Thats because he's not really that dry in that particular pose its not a matter of looking good from all angles its a matter of conditioning .
