Whats up everybody

Hope all is well. Here are some pics of me 4 weeks out. I am feeling good I am definitely improved from last year I will post some more pics next week.

Also coming soon is my Bodybuilding website www.rodneystcloudfitness .com. Although it is up and ready to view it is still underconstruction.

I built this site for the many bodybuilding fans who want to know about my training, dieting, posing, and 18 years of experience that I can share with the many bodybuilding fans as well as up and coming bodybuilders. The website will be totally interactive and offer all video download of my training, past and present competition, Off- Season and Precontest training and dieting, with many photos to browse thru.

You look awesome. I really hope Wayne doesn't fuck up the PDI. I don't understand what he is doing. I haven't called him in awhile. Last time I talked to him he said everything was great and going forward. Then the MMA event got cancelled and so far nothing much on the PDI shows happening. I see guys like Rodney and Sami who look unreal and getting up for the PDI tour and I just hope it happens. Unlike Chic who everyday prays it will fail, I like the competition and no matter what our beloved self-proclaimed IFBB expert says the alternative to the IFBB is good for the competitors. The IFBB wants to be in 100% control of the comeptitors career at least the PDI lets the competitors be in charge of their own business. So, I hope Wayne doesn't fuck this up, but I do admit he is not going about it the right way. $:-\$
