Not true. At state level shows and many other national qualifiers, the top two in each weight class qualify for nationals. In some shows, there may only be 2 in a class, giving even the shittiest of competitors a chance to compete at nationals. Im not saying the guy looks bad, just don't know that he'll do all that well this weekend.
