this is what im thnking i am goign to stat doing...
wake up, take 25 mg ephedrine, ripped fuel, and green tea extract. then do an hour to an hour and a half cardio.
take a fatty acid pill, a multi vitamin, concentrated b vitamins, vitamin cq10, and e vitamin.
eat 1 can of tuna and drink a whole lot of water, and/or diet green tea.
wait one hour, eat another can of tuna, and drink a whole lot of water, and/or diet green tea.
in two hours time, take second daily serving of ripped fuel, and green tea extract.
two hours after that, have one pack of "weight smart oatmeal" from quaker..which has 30 grams of carbs, with 7 of which being fiber, and only 1 of which is sugar. 3 grams of protein and like 2 grams of fat. and with this oatmeal, i will eat another can of tuna and take another fatty acid pill, and drink a whole lot more of water and/or diet green tea.
two hours after that, which is one hour before i workout, i will drink a protein shake (25 grams protein, 2 grams sugar), and eat two low calorie granola bars...they have 90 calories each, which is comprised of 2 grams fat, 0 grams protein, and 19 grams of carbs..7 grams of which are sugar, 1 gram of which is fiber.
during the last few sets of my workout i will begin to sip a protein shake...and right before my last set i will dirnk the rest of it. this protein shake will be two scoops protein, so between 40 and 50 grams protein.
an hour after my workout, i will eat a salad, and consume as much lean protein as i can (normally i have chicken..). the idea here is to get filled up so i wont be to hungry after this meal; since it will be my last meal of the day; and since your body can only absorb as much protein as it can use for muscl repair, and everything else it cant use will just be "excreted', it should be the same nutritionally as if i were to have a salad and just a can of tuna. ill take a fatty acid pill, and drink a whole lot of water, and/or green tea witht his meal.
later on in the night ill do 45 minutes cardio.
and for the rest of the even ing the only things i will consume will be diet green tea, diet snapple, or water.
