I called it 3 weeks before his last show, that when he finally got a day from the last show he would look worse than last years show(or his first show) and sure enough, he looked worse............its due to lack of taking the right steroids, lack of hardcore training, and spending too much time on getbig, instead of doing real training.

Just curious why all your posts contain a pic of yourself and unflattering ones at that?
most people would put up a decent pic of themselves at under 10% bf but you seem to just put up whatever you look like at the time!
