so you're dumping 60-70lbs, for a contest?
Maybe you should stay closer to your contest weight, then you'd have a better idea of where to make improvements so you don't look like shit 6'2" @ 200lbs is pretty bad for a juicer. even 225 is kind of sad. maybe you should lay off the juice and go with it au natural? seems like a waste of juice and money if you're not getting anywhere.

oh and you may want to spend a majority of your offseason in the squat rack.
