Depends on your definition of "ripped".  I'm somewhere between 8-12% as measured by calipers most of the time. That's not exactly an outrageous claim... there are lots of people who can say the same. I don't eat crap, exercise all the time (beyond just lifting) and have a metabolism that will support these levels. I don't really bulk anymore, so there's no reason to get fat. Am I in "contest condition"? No, but compared to you I may as well be, Squadfatter.

Actually he started on this board defending me (first post was in retaliation to those bashing me).  And you my dear friend...started ripping him from the get-go.  (I just checked out his first 20 posts). 

But that all doesn't matter because that is what this board is about.  It's just a place for a lot of people to vent.  They say a lot of things on here that they wouldn't say face to face (take goatboy for example...he's down this way several times a year, but would never take an hour of his day meeting up with Michael or myself.  He can claim all he wants about it being just "family" time, but what it comes down to is that he is chicken shit..for what ever reason.  he knows he wouldn't say half the things he says on here about me or Mike to our faces.  I don't believe it's because he is scared Mike or I would do something.  I think it's because he's really not that way outside of getbig.  He's probably a decent guy, well liked by his friends, but on here...he can be something else.).
