Mike is much bigger than me although I like to be around 180 cut , and as complete as possible...if I stay clean and eat clean , I'm around 180-185 lbs. I just enjoy how I look ND FEEL AT THAT WEIGHT...HOWEVER WHATEVER MUSCLE i CAN PUT ON EXTRA it's welcome

... funny thing is that after all these years I learned that when I go heavy and on the sauce I become more and more disproportionate . So at 180 lbs as in these black and white pics I train only chest , side and rear delts, biceps and calves. This way I can minimize my strong points and maximize the weak ones thus creating more balance and symmetry .
