Egg Whites ...

Quick question, fellas ... can you bake your Egg Whites instead of frying them ? Thanks !

Yes.  Much like baking a quiche, or a fritarta.  Add a little water or low fat milk to make them lighter and fluffy. Bake at a low to moderate temp until set. if you want them to bake quicker, just stir as you would wilst frying scrambled eggs.

Do the same thing myself for those reasons.  It so convinient.
