dude... I never said It works, all I stated was what he said, I know abs are primarily done in the kitchen, but you still wanna work them sometime to make sure they are rock hard
and apparently him hanging upside down moving his torso a little up flexing abs and back down works for him.....
Little tip on the side postcount has nothing to do with your actual kn owlage of bb or training as such
