Drinking a lot of water and peeing...

You guys go pee every time you need to or wait until you really have to go? I drink about 6 liters a day, deskjob makes that an easy task, however If I go pee every time I have to I would be walking to the toilet and back every 10 min, so I personaly wait until I can hardly sit.

hahaha, I feel your pain man. I'm at a desk too, and drink around 5 liters a day (excluding gym water etc) I have a 1.5 litre bottle so when I go to fill it up I go and pee at the same time cos the water dispenser is near the toilet!

Where i live its about 110-120 degrees now,so i drink about a gallon and a half every day ,i sweat like hill and still get to pee almost every 30 mins,.i wake up like 3 times every night just to take that pee, i hate it.  holding it for long time is really bad for the urinary system ,u better leak it when u feel it.

Wow somebody else who thinks water is good for you... tell that to Bluto friend he is going sometimes weeks with only a fiew liters of water, I recon that's the way he is fooling himself he is not as fat as people tell him he is
