I know it's a silly question - but he is smaller than most of the other guys (narrower) and already his sides stick out. When he finally does "muscle up" and add 15 pounds, what will his waist look like?

heath will never do the O. he has a degree in CIS. He's gonna milk metrx for 2 years then retire.

I have been saying this from the beginning. Phil has naturally large obliques, so I don't think he can't pack much more mass without screwing up his waistline.

phil obliques stick out too far naturally if he keeps adding pounds i.e squats for leg mass he will add thickness to his midsection which will build his obliques horizontily....he is between a rock and hardarsed place!.....

I normally like Phil's pics, but does anybody else see similarities to Greg Kovacs' midsection in this one?

Oh my gosh. Phil's waist is wide than his clavicles/shoulders.

That's cruel. But you might be right, dude. The whole world has been in awe of his arms and potential. This fine Monday, they're realizing his belly is going to be a problem. Every fan, every judge, his co-competitors, even fly bythes he meets in the club, will all look at him differently now.
