hard not to thicken the obliques without building the lower back and thigh size, squats leg presses and deadlifts always seem to put stress on those trunk support muscles, were not going to see guys weighing at pro competitive weights without the build up, except for Wolf, maybe his height and torso have helped him there who knows, certianly the shorter you are the bigger the problem, except for Kovacs man thats ugly no wonder he retired.
