i was thinking of a PS3

any of you got any opinions

and yes i know i should get out more  :)

Xbox live is the reason 360 is so good. It's easy to get into a match in pretty much any game. Madden on Live is fun as hell. Same with Gears of War.

PS3 also happens to be the #1 blu ray player sold in # of units

since blu-ray will most likely win the HD war, then you'll have a HD player and a next gaming system

Xbox you can only buy a $200 add on to play HD DVD

and most critics are saying that 2008 will be the year the games really start to kick ass for PS3

in the long haul the PS3 will probably win the console wars, but the fact remains that it has not a lot of good games currently. i'll buy one in two years when I have a 1080i TV and it has a better library, for now i can rock gears of war or guitar hero 2 and that's plenty for me.
