You guys gotta check this one out!  Mr. O, Jay Cutler, gives a pretty cool interview to intro the video, saying some very cool stuff about Derik...

The leg workout is nuts....plain old nuts...
"Yeah, we used to train heavy...We don't go so heavy any more.  Today, I'm gonna try to get 30 reps with 405..."  The Freak then proceeds to bang out 30 reps, ass-deep...hahaha.

Then, for his next set, 5 plates, ass-deep for 13 reps - after his previous set of 30...

Good spotter, I must say!
