Thanks for posting up your diet and split. I'm sure you'll get some feedback. I'd say you're high on calories but low on protein each meal (2,3,4,6,7). Drop the high GI carbs like white rice and replace with low GI carbs like oatmeal. Take some time to plan your food this time around 'cause you really screwed it up.
You'd do better with a 3 days/week 1 hour whole body routine using compound lifts with weights which see you fail in the 8-12 range.
You liked the Animal Pak by the sound of it. What did you think of the others? Which ones would you advise?
