Yeah she knew. I knew. But she understood that it was something i wanted to do. I said to her. Once i get to 90kg i will shave off all the fat and be better than when i started. In truth i will be. But i could of had a lot better results with a better diet. So i dare say i'll be around 75 kgs cut. Which is still a 15kg increase in mass in 1.5 years. So it wasn't like i am going to stay fat. Also she wouldn't of cared if i gained another 9kgs putting me too 100kg. Shes not that shallow and niether am i.

Did you really eat a packet of chicken rice every couple of hours?  Someone posted that as your diet.

Also, what was your workout like?

Dreamer you need to do something to change your training. After 1.5 years you don't even look like you train. Plenty of us made mistakes with our diet early on but the hard training will always show. I would possibly train with someone more experienced for a few sessions because your physique does not show any serious lifting going on.

I was under the impression the amount of bodyfat i gained was normal. So i didn't really expect to be all that great looking while on my bulk. But i learned from my mistakes. Anyways here was my old diet and workout routine.
My Diet Consisted of:
Monday - Friday:
1st meal:
7 weet bix 2 eggs and glass of milk
2nd Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
3rd Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
4th Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
5th Meal:
3 eggs and glass of milk or water
6th Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
7th Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
8th Meal:
7 weetbix 2 eggs and glass of milk
-GYM Time-
9th meal Whole large chicken and glass of milk or water

Saturday and Sunday
Consisted of anything i felt like really.
Whole chickens, Rump steaks, Weetbix and occasionally cheat meals.

My old workout is as Follows:

-Monday-
Chest/Triceps

Incline Dumbbell Flyes 3 x 4-6
Flat Bench 3 x 4-6
Incline Bench 3 x 4-6

Dips 3 x 4-6
Close Grip bench 3 x 4-6

-Tuesday-
Back and Biceps:
Under hand Chin-ups 3 x 4-6
Dead lifts 3 x 4-6
Hammer Dumbbell Curls 3 x 4-6
Barbell Curls 3 x 4-6
One arm dumbbell rows 3 x 4-6
Using it as a super set with:
Ground Seated Cable Rows 3 x 4-6

-Wednesday-
Legs:
Leg Press 3 x 4-6
Squats 3 x 4-6
Lying Leg Curls 3 x 4-6
Seated Calf Raises 3 x 4-6

-Thursday-
Shoulders and Traps:
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 x 4-6
Dumbbell lateral Raises 3 x 4-6 (using drop sets with this exercise)
Barbell Upright Row 3 x 4-6
Lying Incline Deltoid Raise 3 x 4-6
Barbell Shrugs 3 x 4-6 (Using Drop sets with this exercise)

Friday:
I use this day to give special attention to any muscles that require it. I Also do abs

Currently i need more leg drive for my deadlifts so I'm incorporating another leg day.

Squats 3 x 4-6
Leg Press 3 x 4-6
Weighted Crunches 3 x 10-12
Hanging leg raises 3 x 10-12
Weighted side bends 3 x 10-12

Thanks for posting up your diet and split.  I'm sure you'll get some feedback.  I'd say you're high on calories but low on protein each meal (2,3,4,6,7).  Drop the high GI carbs like white rice and replace with low GI carbs like oatmeal.  Take some time to plan your food this time around 'cause you really screwed it up. 

You'd do better with a 3 days/week 1 hour whole body routine using compound lifts with weights which see you fail in the 8-12 range. 

You liked the Animal Pak by the sound of it.  What did you think of the others?  Which ones would you advise?

The routine and diet is what i used in my unsuccessful bulk.

My current Routine and diet are in my 3 weeks progress thread. I think its about 2 weeks old. So i've lost about 2-3 kgs since then.

Dreamer, in all honesty for having been at it a year and a half it really doesn't look like you've gained much muscle at all, you've just gotten fat.  Your program clearly needs some adjustments if you're going to get the progress you want, and it might help to get someone who knows what he's doing to work with you and see what changes need to be made.

CytoGainer - Was great. Might get again during a bulk if i need the extra calories.

No-explode - a gimmick. It gave me a buzz for about the first 2-3 months then my body adapted and it didn't work. Obviously i just decided to take more each time hoping for the buzz to return. But all that happened was i felt bloated when working out. Also got cramps. Defiantly a waste of money after your body adapts. Over-priced also.

Animal Stak 2 - Was just stupid of me to get this considering i'm 18 and my test levels are already high. I did actually notice some strength gains when using this for the first few months. But that could also be due to the placebo effect from just taking it. Waste of money.

Animal Pak - Good overall product. Gives me no strength benefits. Just good for health in long run.

Anator p70 - I didn't notice anything at all with this product. Nothing at all. I have a tub and a half left. So i guess i'll use it when i bulk again. But i defiantly wouldn't buy again.

Glutamine - A gimmick. nothing more really.

HigherPower - Good source of creatine. Will Continue to buy.

Fish oil Tablets - Good for health and joints. Will continue to buy
