How goes the fat loss?  What are you doing in the gym?  What's the daily diet?

Does DL5 have you on a HIT program?  ;D

Looks short on fibre to me.  You may not shit for a few days.  :-X  Looks too limited nutritionally too, at least for more than a week or so.  Why 0 carb?  Ever done this before?  Not sure about the red meat.  Also, check the PB label for sugars.

You know the total cals?  You'll be drinking plenty of water, I assume?  You'll be doing plenty of cardio and some lifting too I'm sure.

When can we expect progress pics?

I'm aiming for 2 months. i'm at about 85kg as we speak. My goal is a kilo a week. I think that i'll be around 75kg cut. But thats only an estimate.

DL 5 explained to me that. The reason i have no carbs is i want to access my fat for fuel rather then carbs. In doing this is it takes a few days for my body to drain itself of carbs and switch over. Nar i've never been on a no carb diet so this should be interesting and hopefully i'll really benefit from it. Yeah i always drink alot of water. Will probably be drinking about 2-3L a day.

Not really sure on the amount of calories. But its about 1/50th of what i use to eat lol. haven't really had any dramas yet. The hardest thing would have to be waking up earlier to go for a walk before breakfast.

Shell out the big $5 for 150g at Woolies.  Don't cry poor - you used to spend more than that on a whole chicken and all those supps.  Cook it over slow heat in a pan in butter, some fresh dill, salt, pepper, white wine, and lemon to finish.  Or leave the lemon off - Masterfoods Horseradish Cream is good on salmon.  Or make a hollandaise sauce if you want to go all out (store bought hollandaise is shit).

Then eat the canned stuff.  You decide.

Woolworths has it, most other supermarkets too, or try a few local fishmongers - there's more out there than just salmon.  You've had yabbies, I assume?   :P

There's nothing magical about eating the same boring shit everyday, although most of us do it because it's easy to fall into a rut.  I'm guilty too, but I try to keep it interesting.

you copied that from the palumbo thread over at MD , right? i wouldnt go zero carbs tho...just cut them down gradually. be prepared to feel like shit first few days then you will start to feel better but in my opinion better too keep some carbs in your diet and take the majority of those before and after your workouts. without carbs you will feel flat as hell all the time too.

zero this and zero that can never be good. keep some carbs in your diet man.

but if your in a caloric deficit..sure it will work, not "optimal" in my opinion tho.

You know this whole thing started as a joke, right?  He's getting help here because he's been a good sport.

Why didn't any of you tell him he was going wrong?

No, the whole idea of this diet is to go zero carbs to force the body to start using fat for energy. I've seen it work and am interested to see how this turns out. The previous guy I knew on this was a powerlifter who managed to keep his strength for competitions while always making his weight class.

i known what the zero carb diet is about. you dont need to teach me about it.i tried it and researched it thoroghly.

like i said before, keep carbs in your diet and gradually lower them if needed.

Agreed. You're trying to build the bod; you're not some skank on a cigarette and semen diet.

you are correct.

to slaveboy, i agree but this diet as i is engineered SPECIFICALLY (if they tweak it out of the guidelines they fuck it up) is perfect. once u lose all the bodyfat u want, u then add carbs in certain amounts and keep adjusting as u go.

to dreamer - if u can eat canned salmon go for it (no flavoured ones they have carbs)....i avoid tinned fish i think it tastes like shit.

chimps, this diet is the best way to burn fat and preserve muscle.

Dreamer needs to lose fat....this is the best way to do it. He will keep ALL his muscle and gain strength.

once he does lose the fat, we add carbs in.
