WTF are they making Diet Cola with?

Okay I just walked past one of my "more corpullent" staff, she was drinking a Diet Coke ::) and was just finished, so I asked her if I could study the back of it here is what I read:

100ml will give you...
Energy: 2.0kj
Protein: 0g
Carbs: 0g
Sugar: 0g
Fat: 0g
Fibre: 0g
Sodium: trace

WTF are they making Diet Coke these days with?

Diet cola is 99% water.  When they first rolled it out, they didn't want to use that as a marketing tool because they figured "who would want to pay that much for something this is just water?"  Now that bottled water is huge, it's practically an advertisment for the product.

some fucking wierd chemycials called like phykeleronits or something.

all diet sodas have them now. i am pretty sure that its a chemical that signals your taste buds, but has not nutritional value. so you not tasting anything, you just think you. but whats the dif. right?


most have zero calories, no sugars, zero carbs, zero fats, zero proteins.......little bit of sodium.

Carbonated water, caramel color, phosphoric acid, natural flavors, apartame,

potassium benzoate, potassium citrate, acesulfame potassium, and caffeine.

It goes from the ingredient thats most abundant to least abundant.

are you saying that there is something wrong with drinkin a beverage that has ZERO calories and has caffiene, which stimuhlates the metabolism, in it to be bad? that is basically NEGATIVE calories.

mm Pepsi max is my favorite too, aspartam tastes better than sucralose.

I don't like how regular soda makes you full and it doesn't taste as good, just tastes like sugar.

It's called Aspartam. Artificial sweetener. Google it, it's quite scary
that people drink diet coke... Regular coke is in fact more healthy
