Giving an example of another athlete who also happens to be an asshole does nothing to make Serena any less classless. It only gives like to the fact that athletes in general are pretty self centered. McEnroe's actions were given intense scrutiny and he was criticized and fined many times. And finally, Ronnie was not justified in making a racially insensitive comment. A comment that if said by a Caucasian would have been automatically considered racist. It doesn't surprise me that he would make a comment like that considering that every other comment out of his mouth makes him sound like a semi-literate idiot.

Ronnie justified in being angry? why be angry at Jay? the judges picked Cutler and he can't fault the judges they were very good to him , so spare me the judges were right every time Ronnie won and are wrong the one time he loses nonsense , Ronnie was soundly defeated it wasn't even close , his reactions after the fact leave a lot to be desired.

Problem here is only you think she is disrespectful and sadly your thoughts on the matter are wholly media created. Had the media said nothing you would have said nothing, but for some reason you felt compelled to reiterate what has already been said by a writer looking to sell newspapers. If Serena's reaction had no effect on her competition, why are you speaking on it? Why are you posting it here other than to try and rile up a certain sentiment towards her. and why drag Ronnie in to it? If you feel Cutler was a clear winner then you are entitled to revile singularly in it...personally I say you need a thick pair of glasses but hey we all can't have good eyesight or be good judges...that requires discernment.

You are all wrong. It's their father's fault. He taught them tennis. He taught them to be tough. He taught them to be resilient, to be champions, to be the best, etc............but he never taught them sportsmanship. That is what these two are lacking, and in my mind, they will never be on the same level as Graf, Martina, Chrissy or BJ, because of this huge void. Yeah, in the long run, I reckon that you can blame it on Dad. He probably has no clue about sportsmanship, himself.
