What that means, are that our freedom, and our democracy is the biggest threat to these medieval cultures.

Using torture, sending off captives to Egypt, Marocco, Turkey, Romania, Guantanamo... It will only feed the terrorists. It will only show their sympathizers that the Western World is as unjust as the terrorists claim.

And thus, help the terrorists recruit.

But elementary stuff like this, it would be too much to expect the White House or any Western nation to understand this.

Let me be specific. The cure I am prescribing is for those (like the guy in the video) who have been irreversibly infected with the mind virus of Islamism. Nothing will get through to them and this is the only fix.

The general population, consisting of others in whom the infection has not taken root completely, may be cured by Hedgehog's plan.
