Weak as a kitten these days.. Squatting 275 for 8-10.. hahaha but on 1700 cals, not much you can do. I did row 225 for 8 though, felt strong.
Here's a 1.3-1.5 year old picture of me at 215.. Bulked and strong as I ever was, fully pumped up after a delt workout.. At my bro's place, so refrain from the living jokes please.
