We have one around here. I didn't even know they were a franchise. I have been there twice, very good but very expensive. One time the bill for 4 was 480 bucks before tips, obviously we had drinks.

Try the Creme Brulee next time for dessert. I only had a few bites, but it was damn good.

The hot plate keeps the steak nice and warm.

The garlic butter just makes it happy.

I've heard good things about Morton's....never been there myself.   Sometime I'll break down and drop the coin to go.   I rarely find a place that can grill a steak way better than me, but I've eaten Ruth Chris a couple times and they ain't let me down yet.

Hate to tell you guys this but the reason why those steaks are so fucking delicious is because they are DROWNED in butter.

There's a place here in Baltimore named Fleming's right next to the Marriot and everything is drenched in butter. Even the asparagus and mushrooms comes out swimming in the shit.

I can't really give credit to how good those steaks are because even DOG SHIT will eventually taste good if you put enough butter on the fucker.

Not that anyone will do this put try ordering a steak from Ruth's Chris next time and ask for the meat to be cooked in half the normal butter. You'll be shocked how different it tastes. But then you can really taste the seasoning better.

Hope I didn't spoil anyone's appetite.

UITG,

I'll try that place downtown eventually.

Had lunch at the Brass Elephant yesterday. Took forever and wasn't very good. They, for whatever reason, did not have Ruth's Chris' understanding of butter's butteriness.
