In my day, we didnt have fancy cameras, etc.

Onlyme was a stunt double for lou ferrigno, in a few episodes of the incredible hulk.

to my understanding, onlyme has never dlifted heavy due to back problems.

makes me wonder how the fuck he managed to do curls with 315lbs every week, but the guy was obviously very strong.
