arms are numb
« on: September 07, 2007, 10:11:48 AM »
so i had this great idea today at work im here for 10 hours and its really slow...not much to do in the office...

so im doing a superset at every 10 minute mark with 40 pound dumbell...curls, shoulder press, and tricep extension for 12 reps each exercise.  Im 3 1/2 hours in and my arms are totally numb but im pumped as hell.  I wish i had a measuring tape right now.  The last time my arm was this swollen was after 6 hours of sleevework on my tattoo.

maybe i shoud work in some pullovers too while im at it

since you seem so intelligent, you should try neck extensions.

find a beam in your office, tie a rope around it, fashion a noose, put it around your neck, and then jump off a high position for sets of 6.

Fucking classic. We should be so lucky that "Kegdrainer" would take your expert laboratory tested adivce. These "rope neck extensions" are 356% more effective than regular neck extensions.

added 2 1/2 inches to my neck, thanks for the tip paul.

I only made it about 6 hours into my day doing this...my arms were completely shot and felt like rubber for the entire weekend.  I wasn't even able to pimpslap squadfatters mother when she came up short on my ca$h on saturday night out on the corner
