It doesn't take much effort to get fat and lift like a sloth. Not ompressed. These guys get dressed in the dark and shower and swim in their clothes.

Terrible.

let's discuss these fat lifters on here it's definitely on topic.

Some of the fat guys on here need to be introduced to a volume program, some cardio and a low carb diet.

just trying to save thier lives people help out.
