Normally I'd say use search, but I'm in a good mood.

It is when you take too much androgens that convert to estrogen causing your mammary glands to grow, It's not fat, that is why you still see it when you diet.

I think he already did; looks like it came back, even though I have heard it shouldn't come back after you get the gland removed.

its loose skin wont be any lump when he puts his arm up, hes had it out recently, can come back, but wouldnt think this quick, the loose skin is the result of the gyno being removed, he had enough to breast feed there before, should have got a cosmetic surgeon to tuck it, Titus had the same prob after having his gyno removed, but i believed had another operation before his last show to fix it, improved it and looked tighter but still wasnt right.
