does zink really help against stretch-marks?

hehe girls thinks it looks nasty. especially the ones on the sides of chest/armpits. they are over 1 cm thick

i got some small ones on my biceps but nothing on my chest or somewhere else

there were some photos of federov with monster stretch marks and ronnie on the other hand never seems to have any ..maybe its' because he's a negro?
