YO DREAMER
« on: September 09, 2007, 09:57:39 PM »
I DON'T WANT MY POST TO GET LOST IN THE OTHER THREAD. YOU SEEM LIKE A GOOD KID SO TAKE THIS ADVICE FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH. First off you have shit for genetics. It is what it is. IF you want to make ANY progress whatsoever, and you would like to be involved in bodybuilding for any length of time, you are going to need to have some kind of physique which right now you definitely do not. Here is my advice. STARTING TOMORROW all you do is 2 hours of cardio per day. Keep eating 6 small meals per day, high protein moderate fat almost zero carb. You need to drop a LOT of fat son, right now when you flex does anything move??? NO. So how the hell do you know what's going on when you train, and how much progress are you making? How do people react when you say you lift weights? For God's sakes lean out first so we can actually see what the hell you look like, THEN you can start adding quality mass. ALso since I am guessing youre going to totally blow me off, at the very least work ONLY your shoulders arms and abs for the time being, as you have the arms of a 12 year old girl and the worst shoulder to waist ratio I have ever seen. It might seem like I'm being an asshole, but I'm trying to help, and fucks sake stop taking all supplements but protein essential fats and glutamine. Period. The LAST thing you should be taking is creatine which is blurring your already non-existent definition. Bust your ass for 6 weeks, drop that disgusting bodyfat and go on a bulking cycle of heavy weights and clean nutrient dense food. Six months from now if you listen to me you will be shocked at how much you can improve. As things stand now you're going to wake up a year from now looking the same or worse and just give up altogether.

Cheers for the advice mate. But its all good. I realise where i'm at. I'm defiantly not in denile. Most of the supps i specified, Are what i have taken in the past. I went through a phase were i thought supps were like steroids. Like i'm sure alot of people have been through. It took me about 3 months to get over that. But yeah. The only supps i take atm are Protein, creatine and fish oil tablets.

People do actually complement me all the time. Most being from high school. As i use to be 60kg and now i'm 85. So to someone who doesn't lift i actually look 400% better. But thats not to say that i don't realise myself that i stuffed up. D.L 5 is helping me out with my nutrition. I'm aiming for 1 kg loss each week. So roughly in 2 months i should be fairly cut up. Being around the 75kg mark.

Currently i just have to slowly incorporate. High intensity cardo as my body fatigues really easy due to basically no cardio for a year. If i want to be able to lift properly witha fullbody workout 3 days a week etc.

Keep working at it dreamer.  You have not melted down and you took all the abuse very well.  I think you got a new home here.   ;D
You will always hear the truth at GetBig.  I go to other boards as well but here is the only place you will get an honest in your face style answer.  All the others are.."lookin good bro", "right on track..bro"  "huge gains bro",  "really swole..bro",  "your my bro..bro"...  ::) lol

Good luck.

Cool just checking if you're heading in the right direction. I would still say stop the creatine when you're losing weight, but that's just me.

Speak on this some more man.  Did you feel fatigued outside the gym when you were just lifting and not doing cardio?  Do you wake up unrefreshed in the morning or have difficulty rising?  Very tired in the afternoon but unnaturally awake late at night? (I've noticed your posting hours)  Any cravings for salt or sweets?  Low blood pressure (dizzy or spotty vision if you stand up too fast, etc)?  Poor balance?  Sensitivity to cold?  Dark circles or puffy under eyes?  Bruise easily?  More accute sense of smell during stress or excercise?

Lots of kooky questions, I know.  Just curious if any apply.

What would these symptoms point to?

Adrenal fatigue, possibly caused by severe overtraining.  I still think Dreamer looks like he undertrained rather than overtrained, but if he really did lift hard on the program he posted then something is up and he might want a doc to check him out.  Heavy range 4-6 to failure will stress the adrenals.

Of course the guy is "undertraining". This guy "Dreamer" is why there are 145 pound male personal trainers who call themselves "MASTER TRAINER". Dreamer hasn't even been in the gym longer than 15 minutes, if he even has been in a gym. Yo Dreamer, have you ever been inside a gym? You need to workout. If you have all this drive on the internet, go use it in the gym. Set goals for yourself. Dont insult the internet by saying that you have learned this or that from it, here at getbig, there is a training section where you can at least understand the basics. You don't even look like you workout or eat right. Those 2 things right there are the main ingredigents for a bodybuilder. You are not a bodybuilder or an athlete or whatever you think you are just by bulking off suplements you thought were "steroids" without working out.

yeah Dreamer take "methylmike's" advice because after all he claims to be 5'9" and 225 pounds at 8 percent bodyfat yet refuses to post a picture, i don't know what he's afraid of, with those dimensions he should be winning at least local NPC shows, he also is an absolute fuccking monster in the gym with brutal lifts like 275 for 6 on benches, 365 squats for 6 and 335 pound deadlifts. ::)

hahahhahaa. listen to this beast Dreamer. ;D

Ok few things. I do not compete any longer, like I said in a past thread I did a show in 99 and I bbuild for myself nowadays. Currently im 226, 5ft9 about 13% or so. My goal is continue to lose fat for summer, while trying to get stronger, I'm not trying to get huge or anything. I have been drinking a lot of protein shakes recently, and damn I am just holding a SHITLOAD of water! So as of today, my diet is something like this.

breakfast 1cup egg whites with 2 whole eggs, about 60 grams carbs coming from oatmeal.
workout, meal of eggs, steak and potatoes.
meal, chicken and brown rice.
not sure about my fourth meal, probably something like lean red meat, maybe chicken this is where i would still like to do a shake.
dinner, steak and vegetables
late night snack, again not sure what to eat here i typically I do a shake but if im doing food, im guessing red meat as it digests slowly.

I have a really fast metabolism, if i eat less than this i will just lose muscle, so this is pretty much my plan to lean out and get off protein shakes. I will be consistent for a couple weeks and post results later.

I have a hardtime convincing myself I have anything to prove to a fat loser who sits on a bbing forum all day talking shit, and who has ALSO never posted a decent pic of himself. I never claim to be more than what I am, and I have 13 years bbing experience if you want to train with me I live/work in the bay area. Come get some or shut the fuck up.

Squad, honestly the first 2 pics tell us nothing..except a general a good size, hard to judge fat vs muscle from them
Here comes the money shot
