I've just started taking the ECA Stack today ... well, at least the EC Stack. I've decided NOT to take the Asprin due to the many posts I've read here at GetBig stating not to if your a Natural ( which I am ). Here's my question ... a couple of them really :
1. I plan on using this Stack with the hopes of Building Muscle and Burning Fat at the same time ... I figure I can do this ( and please tell me if I'm misguided ! ) if my Diet is of that a Lean Bulking / Lean Mass Gaining type Diet ... you know, somewhere in between Cutting Diets and Bulking Diets. Do you guys think this is possible ? Would you recommend anything different for a 200-lb person such as myself ?
2. Here's my Schedule throughout the day ... please let me know what you think because Sleep CAN BE a problem for me ... I want to take this Stack twice a day so I can get the most out of it, however, I would also like to be able to Sleep as well ...
5 pm - Take 1rst Dose upon Awakening
11 pm - 6 hours later at work take my 2nd Dose of the EC Stack
6 am - Get out of Work and Workout at the Gym
8 am - Usually when I get Home ... and I don't usually get to sleep until around 9-10 am or so.
