Yes I will rip baby  :-*  I have been through a lot this prep and am suprised how my body and me just keep soildering on.  No backing down, Im gonna hit that stage like I own it!  ;)

Started my diet today for a March show.  I need the "extra" time due to wanting to have a cheat at holiday time and I'm also headed up to New England in December (going to see RIP  ;) in my travels too!) and I wanna look good.  lol

Just realized that this young hometown lady in 1991 won the same contest as I'm doing, the Continental USA.  This show has a long history in the midwest.  And as you can see this 4 time Ms Olympia used it to gain experience for the pro stage  :)
