Yes, Bluto actually thinks he's on to something by always being the con of the issue, no matter what it is.  If we say the sky is blue, he'd say "just because its blue where you are, doesn't mean it's blue everywhere."

His opinion leverage has drastically eroded over the last couple months.  A true douchebag.  If he even had a girlfriend, she would def. cheat on him.
