if u want stimulant u can take caffeine tabs. but i think u should stay away from stimulants...they're no good, stress the mind and body out.

well, i drink green tea sometimes too, but i just cook it.

Just drop a bag into a water bottle (600ml) in the fridge for 48 hours (I rotate 2 sets of 4 on an on/off split  ).  Cold green tea is best brewed cold and its easy to do.

this morning before my cardio i had 25 mg ephedrine, 2 "ripped fuel extreme" tabs, two green tea extract pills, an asprin, wlaked to the store and bought a "zero carb" rockstar that has l carnitine in it, drank that while a i smoked a prime time....then walked at a decent pace for an hour and a half with my sweats on.
