1500 is a lot,but again,I go by the philosphy that whatever you need to make gains then take it.Some say 750 a week is good,others say 1000.You need to find whats best for you.The 75 d-bol is mild.I start at 30 and by two weeks out Im easily at 120 and the last week its 200 a day.Some guys I know jump it up to 100 tabs of d-bol a day the last 7 days.
