Just wanted to sign on and let anyone who is going to the olympia know that ALRI has up'ed the prize to 500 dollars in supplements to the winner of the Billy Guns -vs- Vince Goodrum Posedown and the winner also gets to spend the day with the beautiful venom girls!!!

Also, vince posted his Olympia flight info and hotel room last year, and never showed.

As you all know I am covering the event for MD and Have also had my own Nike sneakers made and my Warm up suit is at the press already so if he fails to show I will be happy to use specail ed as his replacement

The only prep I have done is modified my diet a bit to cut off some of the carbs I have grown to love in my offseason
