javajim stuck at 225

I started one year ago down from 270 now 225 i am happy but would like to get down about 15 more lbs.

that extra skin sucks, huh?

ive got some of the same thing going on...but not as bad as youve got it. mine is justmy abs arent as clear as they should be..

You are probably right this is about as good as i am going to get but i think I can do a bit better. Here is what i looked like last year at this time. I am going to be 49 in October and I hope to look better next year at 50 then at 49 so that is my goal.

25mg bronkaid, 300-400 mg caffine and 3 tabs of 375 mg aspirin should help you. Twice a day..
