i dont give a shit about those 2 anymore.

more interested in bodybuilders who have a somewhat attainable physique..i.find those physiques more inspiring.

i know this is something you have stated about mcgrath (altho i know its not really attainable in reality for most people lol but feels more attainable atleast)...

and his latspread was not as good as before. partly due to less back mass..but also due to widening of waist (in early 2000s ronnie had a gut but small waist..nowdays he has a gut and large waist)

guess i care abit lol

Both are attainable. Most guys don't train properly to get to RC/JC level of development.

Son, most bodybuilders don't train properly. And most people don't train like JC or RC - it would literally kill them.

The drug stacks are for keeping the muscle while cutting/striating.

All Ronnie has to do is show up the way he did last year in the Grand Prix.

He smoked the fridge there but the judges couldn't give Ronnie the win he deserved.

Other than 2001 and 2006 I don't think Jay was in Ronnie's class. Ronnie left the door open and at his best nobody really can touch him he is that good. 2005 was no different and Gustavo though looking at his best winning the Challenge Round still is strange to me.

I agree with half of your statement.

Ronnie has one in a million genetics, Jay's genetics are nothing special. Stocky guy on tons of gear, worst Mr O in history

100% agree.  Jay has no symmetry whatsoever.  Why the powers that be chose HIM to be Ronnie's successor I have no idea...

Because Jay represents "a complete package" with no genetic weaknesses and he improves every year.

The rest of the guys have genetic flaws - hey, anyone seen Victor's calves? Me neither.

Son, when was the last time you repped out on 400_lbs t-bar rows ala Ronnie style?

Most bodybuilders refuse to go the distance.

Why else did business-as-usual Mr Yates raise the bar so far? Training.

Yeah, "son."  See, you are stupid and young because someone called you son.  So, wise up.  If you just train hard, anyone can look like Ronnie Coleman!  Trust me, you don't need great genetics because genetics have nothing to do with muscle shape, amount of muscle fibers available, and ability to partition nutrients.  So, trust me.  I know what I'm talking about.  I've got a long white beard and look like father time, but like, with Ronnie's muscles or something...   ::)
