 DID U MISS ME? ;D ;D ;D  didnt post some pics for a while ;)

 after NOCs been cancelled ALI AMINI thought of taking it easy on the prep. coz already i was there and waiting :-\    i am nearly 214-215 pounds..... u can click on the photos to see them bigger and better ;D

 my next coming show is BATTLE OF THE GIANTs  in NORWAY....it will be held in OSLO on 13th of Oct.

shape and cuts are incredible - top 5 at an ifbb small show easily.

however, youre starting to get small, sami.  losing size  :-\
dont try to hold that peak too long.

I like Sami, great physique, but I always think it would be nice if when people post pics of themselves alot they tempered with just some general interaction on the board...not every single post focused on themself :)

 Yes, Ramadan started yesterday, and i am fasting..., ALI AMINI has his own way to make me keep every thing i build, i worked with him since  2 years for the muscle mania and NOCs and all the show in RAMADAN, i thought it would make me loss wieght but i didnt but its TOUGH thu to fast for about 12 hours :-\

  i know its HARD for u to find the DEFFERENCE bro ;D.. but the EXPERT do...and can easly know what is the change PLUS at 5 weeks out i was getting ready for the NOC so i was almost there, then we toke it easy when the show been cancelled.....so u wont see me as hard as 5 weeks out...but now by next week i will be getting leaner and harder.!
