This is shaping up to be a great show again this year. This is a women's only event for pro fitness and figure. This year there will be a NPC figure portion added to the show. I spoke with John, the promoter, and he informed me that the stage will be larger this year. This is great news for those doing fitness. This is only two weeks after the Olympia and I've heard a number of the top competitors will be making the trip to this show. West Palm Beach is beautiful. I'll be there covering the show for NPC NEWS and Bodybuilding.com - see ya there!

Pre-Judging - 9:30 am Saturday morning (Children Free for the Pre-Judging , Everyone will need to purchase a ticket for the Evening Finals)

Evening Finals - 6:30 pm Saturday evening

As of today Team FigureRX will be there!!!  Normally we do not make this show because of Club Industry in Chicago (LINK) but we are splitting up the team this year.

We have initiated our preview coverage for figure (LINK) and fitness (LINK).

FYI, I booked today via Travelocity and there were still rooms available.  I did not use the competitors rate because I did a package including flight and it was actually WAY cheaper!  There are some other really great flight/hotel deals including some other hotels that are VERY close too so if you are flying in, Travelocity has the best deals by far!
