I think he looks awesome , considering the fact that he was almost crippled last year!!! He just needs more time to get back to his old standards, that's all.... $:-\$

4 MElvin with the strong possibility that they might switch places.....of course this is based on what they have presented so far , but things could drastically change in the finals. D

Why do people keep placing David Henry so high? His legs are underdeveloped, especially from the side and back. He is also much smaller than the rest of them. Don't get me wrong, he looks good, but not enough to compare to the top four (maybe six).

Wow it's too close to call. I don't know who should win, but I won't have problems with any of the 3 (Darrem, Johnny, Melvin) wins this show. All 3 look great.

JOJ is awesome.

Looks like he has improved the quads, but it's a shame about the calves (not that it hurt Ronnie from 8x Mr.O's or Dexter from winning AC's)

Big hamstrings from all the heavy lifting so obviously his legs are gonna bebig from the side. His Quads have definitely improved by 20% but still not quite in proportion.

i agree, his legs are big especially from the side it's the lack of sweep that makes them look comparatively small to the rest of him.

True but there is a lot of meat there

And no one in the AC field had his thickness and 3D look top to bottom. He won it fair IMO.

it's especially noticeable here, his legs don't even look as big as Darrem's who has never exactly been known for having huge legs, the lack of quad sweep is what kills Johnnie.
