i understand your tolerance.  but theres some serious blood vessel constriction going on, and in a longterm way.  youre at a high risk for heart disease, or valve damage due to them aging faster than the rest of you due to what you put them thru.  i like to beat on you here, like i do all members.  but for real, you shouldn't be on eca in your 40s.  I think all seasoned trainers and competitors here will tell you that  :-\

If I can tolerate my nut job ex-wife for 10 years I can tolerate ECA. Seriously, I'm well aware of the effects and my age, I go in about once a month for a check up, doctor knows what is going on. I could see your point if I was dependant on it, as a matter of fact, it was a huge decision to compete again, at my age I am very carful about what I put into my body and what I use and trust me....it's not much more than you're average HRT.

cool.  i read a ton.  HRT is a great thing and will extend your lifetime significantly - as will using test supplementation.  At your age, I'd recommend it not just for bodybuilding, but quality of life as well!

ECA is different, in my humble opinion.  You're piling a few things on top of each other.  You have the caffeine - which releases epinephrine.  We all know what ephedrine does.  And the aspirin extends the thermogenic effect.  It's risky for youths, but for anyone over 35, it's just outright crazy.

i'm not trying to rain on your parade - competition is incredible and I don't blame you for coming back.  I've used ECA myself in competition, I knew the risks, but I'm a young man with no family.  People at your age do just fall over from ECA.  They drop dead with heart failure and it's not news.  Not wanting to scare you.  just looking out bro!
