AC Pro 210 and under class
« on: September 16, 2007, 09:18:07 AM »
Had there been a 210/ under class at the AC pro...how would you have scored it? Of course, were guessing on some of their weights being under 210, but...guess away..!

Aside from DH, no one notable was up there.  DH would have taken it.

Dave Henry would definitely win the 210 and under. He matched the 2006 Ironman conditioning with about 10 extra lbs of quality muscle. For the overall, I stand by the places. Johnnie brought it 100% and as much as good as Melvin is structurally you can't come 90% and beat guys who were literally shredded and no slotches to begin with. Sort of puts a dent in Melvin Top 5 Mr. Olympia mystique as he was beat by guys who at the Olympia would be hard pressed to stand next to him.

Europa set a good standard. Bring on more 210s and under classes in shows.

i wish the 210 and under crap would go away.. nobody "dumbs down" basketball for the 5'6 and under league.. these are the pros.. but, if they wish to pursue this they should go with height classes.. short class-tall class ect.. at least that way the smaller guys can bring whatever package they want.. freaky mass or streamlined.. let them be compared that way.. can you imagin how many guys would not change for years by trying to come under a 210 limit..?? it would get boring.. same physiques year after year.. at least the height class would let them bring their best package..

You're seeing the same physiques year after year NOW, same ole Ronnie same, ole Jay...shit, damn near same ole top 5, the only difference is the phyhsiques are getting worse. I can name a few 210 and under guys who have more complete packages than guys that are over.
