Lol, I am literally coughing this made me laugh so hard!

Thanks for the laugh!

Listen Chris. What if all the posters on here had an agenda? Would you still post here if everyone was pimping out their products? I sure as hell wouldn't. Thats why when I see people like you spamming the boards I call you on it. What makes you so special that you can use Getbig to spam your products?

The article chronicles his loss of 76 lbs of body fat en route to setting a PR 859.8 lbs bench at the 2007 WPO Bench Bash at the Arnold Classic.  It details his diet, supplementing, and goes into great detail about his training to include explanation of the Westside training tenets and pics and descriptions of specific exercises (foam presses, floor presses, face pulls etc.).

Very nicely written article Mason.

One question arises:

Were Wolfe taking anything else other than your supplements?

I know Louie Simmons don't believe in cycling off steroids btw.

Hedge, as you know, that is not something for me to answer.  You will have to take that up with Mike.

Thanks for the compliment on the article!

My point is, I have a problem with FLEX's articles featuring Pro Bodybuilder diets, and their supplements, such as creatine and whatever.

IMO, if you can't tell the whole story for some reason (legal or moral), don't be a prick and lie. Seeing Ronnie Coleman suggesting a 5 gram post workout creatine loading to get that pump, is laughable.

Then it's better to STFU, and let those who can tell everything about their diet speak on it.

Example: Check the transformation of Dave Tate in T-mag. Do they mention his whole supplementation?  ::)

They're flat out lying to their readers, giving their readers some idea that eating 4000 calories and lose weight is the norm. ::)

I'm not saying Wolfe is on shit, but I'd like to know, and I also think we're entitled to know.

Why?

Because there is a claim that he's lost lots of weight, using a certain diet, and certain supplements.

Now, I happen to think At Large could be the best product line around today, no fishy shit.

But that's besides the point.

I do not work for Chris, but Yes they sponsor me!!!!

Chris' Company makes a great product so why not tell people about them. If Chris' SPAM post bother you guys then dont read them. They are no worse then some BB Trolls on here making post about how Fat Squadfather is. Or other stupid shit like that.

The article itself really has nothing to do with the products themselves. Yes it talks about what I used but it is more of a journal how we trained and set goals on my weightloss and obtained them.

Take a minute to read the article it is very informative, if not hell I dont care it's no sweat off my back. But I'm pretty damn proud of what we did and what we are doing and I'm gonna tell everyone the I used AtLarge products to do it. Spam no Spam dont care the products worked.

Wolfy!!!!

Hey Mike, congrats again on your weight loss and on getting a new PR in the bench.  When are you hoping to get 900 by?

Hedge, i see your point and i agree with you on the issue of the missing data, but there are some key factors you might not have considered.

1. neither chris or mike have stated that mason's product has been anything but a supplement. in fact, chris has emphasized that he does not believe that his supplement has had any other effect on wolfe's results.

2. athletes take peds. accept that fact and that they will never talk about it openly while they are competing, especially when they are used in a country that makes using peds a criminal offence.

3. chris and mike provided to getbig FREE a very worthwhile doccumentation of some of the best strength training advice you'll receive anywhere on the web.

I understand, but I would not reveal something like that, even if I knew, without the individual's permission.  What I would do is direct someone to the individual in question and let them answer if they wish.

Now, I understand what you are saying about Ronnie, that is why I said earlier in the thread that Mike's results are from his own efforts.  Mike really does use our products, and they help him, but chances are pretty good you will not be as big and strong as Mike simply by adding our products to your supplement regimen (you WILL see positive results, however).
