The article itself really has nothing to do with the products themselves. Yes it talks about what I used but it is more of a journal how we trained and set goals on my weightloss and obtained them.

Take a minute to read the article it is very informative, if not hell I dont care it's no sweat off my back. But I'm pretty damn proud of what we did and what we are doing and I'm gonna tell everyone the I used AtLarge products to do it. Spam no Spam dont care the products worked.

I wouldn't put AtLarge products on par with dog shit, that is harsh.

I would say they're about the same quality as GNC brand, in my opinion. 

I definitely wouldn't put them on par with BSN, ON or Muscletech when it comes to taste.  To me, they just have a weird "chemical" taste to them.  I'm sure they're as effective as the next company's.  They just don't taste that good.

That's just my opinion.

If you are just comparing taste then I understand as taste is subjective.  That said, I could show you real opinions of a myriad of customers who think our proteins are the best tasting they have ever tried.  In any event, I always appreciate honest feedback.

I gave 903 a hell of a ride back in mid July at a BW of 333 but just could not muster the lockout. As of now I have no definitive set meets to do. I was looking at Oct 27th but that is mine and my wife's 13th anniversary weekend. She informed she did not wanna sit at a bench meet this year like she has the last 2 yrs on our anniversary Sooooo now I'm kind of in limbo. I have had some time off from the heavy lifting and I feel it has done me some good. But shit feels heavy right now. Gotta get use to being back under the heavy bar again.

I wanna get under 300 and do 900 so it will be triple BW. That is my goal for right now.

I will say this I did not take anything Illegal to help me cut the weight no Diuretics, no cutting drugs, no clen, no T3 etc. etc. The only things changed in my regimin was the addition of Healthier Diet, light to moderate Cardio, Natural Fatburners, and a mindset on losing some damn weight.

Now with that said We all know Roids are for Big Time Wrestlers and Baseball players, dont you all watch the news? Have I ever wresteld or played Ball? Well thats my business

ALN products work great!!! I have used other products with some success, but ALN has worked best for me.  I cannot guarantee they will give you the same results through supplementing that I got. But I am very happy with them and even would use them now if I had to pay full price.

Hey Mike, you ever had any nagging shoulder/chest/tri injuries that got in the way of your pursuit of big bench numbers?

Yeah actually I got one right now in my right shoulder, driving me freaking nuts!!! I had it looked at and all it is just a minor muscle pull. A Physical therapist at the gym worked on it for me and it feels a little better. But I need to get in there and bust up those muslce fibers, 3 things that work wonders
(Dont laugh)
1 ~ Ice
2 ~ Ibuprofen
3 ~ Pinpoint Adult Vibrator (Thanks to my Chiropractor's advice) This is the best thing EVER for getting in deep to massage those small little minor ass muscle pulls. Spend 5 minutes digging that damn thing in your shoulder then ice it, and ibuprofen. Trust me sounds funny but it works wonders!!!!
