How much fat are we really supposed to take for optimal fat loss while cutting down to the extreme.. Would it be better to use flaxseed oil or peanut butter etc.. And at what point (if it's needed) do you need to cut out fat intake.

yes fat is always needed,,good fats with omega 3 can come from fish or penuts or flax seed oil dont really matter as long as good fats with no trans and not much saturated if at all

i can not tell you how much fat you need because i dont have your status and how active you are during the day,,i always keep little fat in my diet no matter what in general it stands at 10-20% out of total calories
