What other reason is there to be training 6 days a week Some of them even do just a single bodypart per session! Ridiculous.I bet if you went up to one of them and asked them why they feel they need to go to the gym so much they couldnt explain any scientific reason for doing this. They just do as their guru's tell them to
id love to tear her ass appart.
Maybe because they love it? Why don't you start lifting weights and you'll see what all the buzz is about.
They would love it more if they made better progress by training less.
And I been lifting weights since you was at your mamas tit.
Don't you think a bunch of guys who bodybuild for a living would have a bit better idea about how to train than some troll on an internet message board who has admitted to wanting to sleep with pre-pubescent girls? A pretty stupid statement to make given that you don't even know how old I am, isn't it?
How about..."because we can".BTW....the "guru's" help primarily in the dieting/ drying out process, not the training.
So you think simply training 'Delts' is a productive workout?
Obviously it works for them, so why be a dickhead? You sound like a bitter little man who never gained any mass (I've seen your pics and know this to be true).
Hey nzpedomonster, still planning your little trip to SoCal before the olympia? Let me know bro, I can show you around like you asked..
God forbid that in the 24 hours alloted in one day that they can not seem to fit in 1.5 hours/6 days a week dedicated to what brings home the bacon ...easier than not working for a living
What are you talking about? Try and follow the topic.....ANY pro is in the gym 1-2 hrs a day and much more come precontest.
Wow, pro's get slammed for not having "real" jobs, taking juice and now for actually going to the gym too much...
Bodybuilding progress takes place outside the gym...
Yes but it stems from what you do "IN" the gym...the rest of the day is all about feeding and repairing broken down muscle...Doesnt mean you have to be in the gym 6 days a week but i dont see how anyone can tell a Pro that being in the gym 6 days a week is too much...
