Start doing some deadlifts.
yes, i know it dont shows, but im deadlifting once a week now, trying to get the poundages up, low volume, just 2 working sets, im still tryin to lose fat, so no point for me doing a lot of sets for the lover -back, it aint gonna grow anyway cause im on caloriedeficit, i do 3 warmup sets and 2 working sets for the deadlift, each week i increase the weight by 10 to 20 pounds.
