The first 6 months of my first year back, I ate pretty well, but nothing too crazy. After that, I started eating 3lbs of chicken per day, plus a few other meals. That along with creatine/creabloat, I was pretty strong and packed on size quick.
ANOTHER INTERNET WARRIOR WHO JUICED IN THE PAST AND NOW IS TRYING TO PASS AS NATTY . i WILL BET ANYTHING THAT U USED SOMETHING IN THE PAST . AND NO...U WON'T GET NEAR 240 LEAN...165 MAYBE.
My post stated I'd reach 240lbs on gear easily, below I'm 215 with zero drugs or drug gain residuals.
